Basically, my business is driven by referrals. If my Customer Service does not meet my clients needs, then I will be in deep ........ What is customer service you may ask? Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won’t be profitable for long.
Here are some of the basics:
1. Answer your phone, your emails, etc. Communication is the KEY!
2. Under promise and over deliver - WOW THEM!
3. Listen and take note of their expectations?
4. Try and resolve the issues as they arise - its the little things that can make or break a deal.
