Customer Service

Customer Service is such an important factor in all types of business. Over the last few months I've been looking for a new vehicle and I visited all the dealerships in my area. Being a Realtor, I needed a dealership that would provide with quick after sale service, you know the oil changes, etc. So my hubby and I visited all of them and here are the results:

The first one - we entered the showroom, couple of sales reps standing around chatting and a couple more dealing with clients; we looked at the various vehicles on display, sat in a couple, tried to catch the eye of one of the sales reps but to no avail. So we walked out.

The second one - the sales rep was very friendly, very informed and someone that was trying to be helpful but didn't have the vehicle that I wanted in stock and didn't think he would be receiving any for a few weeks. Didn't offer to contact another dealer - so we walked.

The third dealership had a vehicle that I really liked and I liked the sales rep very friendly, let me borrow his own personal vehicle for the week-end, etc. etc. etc. but it wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be.

At the fourth dealership, I know, its a long story, they had the vehicle that I thought I would like, once I tried it - it didn't have the power I wanted, so the sales rep suggested that I try a Jeep Liberty - I hemmed and hawed for a few minutes then tried and fell in love with it. Within days, I received the vehicle, and I am truly pleased with the performance. So a great big thank you to Orleans Dodge on Youville Drive in Orleans, ON and to Mark, James, Chris and everyone else that were helpful.
