Yesterday, I received a telephone call from a very nice polite young lady, identifying herself as Amanda from the City of Ottawa By-law Services. She said that my directional sign has been confiscated because it was on City property and if I wanted it back, I would need to pick it up at the 101 Centrepointe address with a $50.00 cheque or cash. Off, I go to the City of Ottawa office only to find out that my sign wasn't there and nobody had a clue. Then one gentleman said that the sign would be delivered back to my office.
I decided to call Amanda this morning and was advised that I needed to speak with her supervisor, James. It is now several hours later no James, no sign. So, if anyone sees my sign somewhere within the confines of the City of Ottawa building at Centrepointe can you please bring it back to me.
