As a real estate agent, I'm often asked if I know someone that can.......... Having networked most of my business life, I usually know someone or have used someone's service for that exact ....whatever...
I've decided that I would like to expand my business and actually offer to assist people downsizing with their move - like a wedding planner - but I would be the move planner - make sure everything is tagged, packed, scheduled so when the MOVE date arrives all is done - no stress. Then, I can prepare the house for the market i.e. paint, spruce up and stage. Now, this may happen in a short period of time or it might take months.
Over the last few years, I assisted several of my clients in getting organized and they all felt that the end result was so positive. All they basically had to do was hop in the car and drive to their new residence. While they are having a coffee/tea, the Irene Bilinski Team is getting the new place set up.
